Homework AssignmentsHomework late submission policy: (half day half grade) New!
In order to avoid late submissions of the solutions of homework assignments I will apply the following policy
(followed by the letter grade you can get):
- submission time between 2:50pm and midnight of the date the homework is due A-
- submission time between 0:01am and 11:59am of the next date the homework is due B
- every other half day means half grade off
- I will not accept the solution from you if it is submitted after I announce the solution in class
(usually the next class after the homework is due).
Optional problems: New!
Some problems in the homework assignments are marked as OPTIONAL.
You are encouraged to work on them, because you may get extra credit from them.
These assignments counts as an additional grade (having the same weight as other homeworks).
Try to work on them and if you do not succeed, you will not get bad grade.
