On this page, you can download both MATLAB and C++ implementation of the JPEG image extractor of 274 merged extended DCT and Markov features as introduced in [1]. The program allows to extract features calibrated either by difference [1] or by Cartesian product as introduced in [2] (resulting in 548 features). The implementations are platform independent, detailed information about installation and usage can be found in the enclosed Readme file.
